• Cattle are raised on pasture and hay alone. ie "grass-finished"
• Clean, fresh water is available at all times

• When handling IS necessary, gentle handling methods provide:
  • reduced stress for the animal
  • tender product
• No hormone implants
• No pesticides used to produce our hay
• Calves are born in the fresh, open air and are immediately part of the herd.

• Double hair coat means less body fat & leaner product

• Low offspring mortality
• Small size means more efficient feed conversion
